We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 14 days from the day you receive the product.

If you are not satisfied with the product, you can request to return the product to us for refund or exchange within 14 days after you receive the product, provided that the product has not been installed/used and that the protective cover on the double-sided tape has not been peel off. The product to be returned or exchanged needs to be in new condition without any blemishes. Wall Dimension reserves the right to return the product to Customer if the product is not in the new condition. 

Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 14 days from the day you receive the product. We will be paying for the return shipment fees if it is the fulfillment mistakes that we made.
